Construction Project Manager position is responsible for overall project coordination between Yantis Company, its developers, and engineers. Project Managers typically manage between 7-10 projects. Other duties include: contract tracking, environmental administration, material ordering and tracking, project scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Concrete Foreman is responsible for the jobsite management of a concrete structure crew ranging from 5-12 employees. Crews conduct construction of inlets, box culverts, u-channels, elevated concrete sidewalks, and concrete basins. Utility Foreman position is responsible for the day to day management of a wet utility crew. This includes installation of sewer, water, and storm drainage. Foreman is responsible for meeting production goals, safety enforcement, management of 8-9 employees, material ordering, and crew planning.
